Biography
I see therapy as a relational process, whereby a person is encouraged to explore and reflect on their own emotional understanding, with another person who is trained to listen in an empathic, genuine and non-judgemental way.
As part of my training I worked at Cotswold Counselling Centre in Cirencester for 20 months, and now work from a purpose built room in my garden, with separate access and facilities.
The fee for an initial session is £20. Thereafter, I offer low-cost places depending on your situation.
